People find customer service hard but not me. I stayed in this field because I enjoy speaking with people and helping them with their concerns. Assisting technical concerns brings me more joy because in such way, I’ll be able to share my knowledge to them. The simple praise like “you did a magic” and “thank you, you made my day” is more than enough to relief a long day of work. 

I believe in the saying that if you love what you do, you are not working a single day of your life.

Passion for work is what kept me going, this is my greatest asset while the knowledge I learned with years of experience is my greatest weapon.
